Service
- Sentria provides CRM workspace features and contact-route synchronization between supported contact endpoints.
- Sentria Sync supports iCloud Contacts, Google Contacts, Microsoft Contacts, CardDAV address books, Zoho CRM contacts, HubSpot CRM contacts, Pipedrive people, and Salesforce contacts. Calendar, task, mail, and wider CRM-object synchronization are outside the Sync subscription scope.
- Write-back is off by default. When enabled, it is governed by preview approval, conflict policy, max-write limits, stop thresholds, and delete/archive rules selected or accepted by the customer.
CRM trial, plans, and billing
- A self-registering customer must first verify their email address. Successful verification creates the CRM workspace and starts 30 consecutive days of full CRM use without entering a card. Choosing a paid plan during the trial does not shorten the recorded trial period.
- CRM is offered as Solo for one reserved user seat, Team for up to five, and Business for up to fifteen. All CRM features are included in every CRM plan. Active members and outstanding invitations both reserve capacity.
- Monthly and yearly recurring subscriptions use hosted Stripe Checkout. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; eligible downgrades and cancellation take effect at the current paid period end. Paid access remains available through that period, and cancellation may be resumed before it ends.
- If the trial ends without a paid plan, CRM becomes read-only during the published decision period. The customer may subscribe, reset workspace content to preview-only access, or delete the account subject to ownership, paid-period, legal-retention, and confirmation controls.
Customer responsibilities
- Customers must have the legal and contractual right to connect each source and target and to synchronize the selected data.
- Customers choose scopes, collections, contact limits, excluded contacts, sync windows, write-back mode, provider permissions, and review decisions, and must comply with each connected provider's terms.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing previews before approving write-back, maintaining source-system permissions, and revoking provider access when an integration should stop.
Availability, limits, and changes
- Third-party provider availability, tenant approvals, scopes, rate limits, validation rules, provider outages, and API changes can affect sync behavior.
- Sentria may pause sync routes, block write-back, or require renewed preview when conflict rules, provider capabilities, security events, or unusual write volumes create risk.
- Unsupported or inactive providers are not shown to normal users. Provider catalogue availability can follow organization policy.
Acceptable use and responsibility
- Customers may not use Sentria to access systems without authorization, bypass provider security, upload unlawful data, or intentionally create harmful sync loops.
- Sentria is a productivity and data-synchronization service. Customers remain responsible for business decisions, source-system record quality, and final approval of destructive or broad write-back operations.
