Current core subprocessors

  • Hetzner Online GmbH: EU hosting infrastructure for application servers, databases, backups, and related operational storage.
  • Provider list changes are recorded here before a new core subprocessor processes production customer personal data.
  • Payment, transactional email, external monitoring, and support-ticket subprocessors are not listed as production subprocessors until they are enabled for production customer data.

Connected sources

  • Google, Microsoft, Apple/iCloud, CRM providers, CardDAV servers, and other enabled contact providers are customer-authorized sources or targets for public Sync contact routes.
  • They are not normally Sentria subprocessors because the customer chooses and authorizes them directly. Their own terms, privacy notices, tenant policies, and API limitations continue to apply.

Change notice

  • Sentria gives reasonable prior notice before adding a new core subprocessor that will process production customer personal data, unless urgent security or continuity needs require faster action.
  • Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds. If the objection cannot be resolved, the affected service path may be suspended or terminated according to the agreement.
  • Current list effective date: July 25, 2026.
